The livingroom is oceanfront. It has a queen sleeper sofa, tv, vcr, dvd, video library, and a patio door that opens to a large covered deck.
The master bedroom is also oceanfront. It has a queen bed, tv, dvd, private bath, and sliders that open to the deck.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. It also has a private entrance to the main bath.
Our condo is air conditioned and has ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the dining area. There is also high speed wireless internet.
Sands IV has a smaller pool that our
grandchildren love.

Beach chairs and other beach supplies
for your use are kept in a private closet
beneath the condo.

no matter what the season. Our clean nicely furnished condo, with its many
amenities, will help make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. We have owned our condo since 1999 and strive to make it as nice as we possibly can for our guests.

dishwasher, microwave, ice maker,
blender, coffee maker, crock pot,
etc... There is also a washer / dryer.
